Have a look..~

I saw this post on the net, he were getting mad at someone who stole the wheels of his office chair.. I wonder who could do such a stupid act.. Perhaps, they just want to play prank to him. What ever it is, this is the picture of it..

The person have to put a bricks under his chair to raise it.heh.. So funny, lol;P

still, you need to move the bricks once you're about to sit on the chair.. then place it back once he's has adjusted back the seat and have to stay static coz the bricks isn't glued to the chair..he can still raise the lever..(i am trying not being too judgmental :p )
